Week two of the Summer of Steven Seagal, and we're looking at the second movie he was the leading man in, Hard to Kill. Being Seagal, we already knew he was difficult to be made to die, but action movies moviegoers in 1990 still had to learn that science fiction movies about him. They also learned he didn't do so well when it came to expressing emotion. However, is there more to this movie than this, or should I regret digging (blog post) this one up after 23 years?
